Designed, led, and implemented the rewrite of a company-wide data aggregation application used by multiple teams and workstreams. Reduced nightly processing from up to three hours to typically under 30 minutes, and memory usage from 128 GB to less than 8 GB — roughly 83% less processing time and 94% less memory.
Led development of an ASP.NET survey application, guiding external developers, and built internal tools with .NET, WPF, and Entity Framework.
Analyzed and designed the reporting process, then built a PowerPoint reporting application that reduced several hours of monthly manual work to around five minutes, saving an estimated 100+ consultant hours per year.
